Meet our Managing Director

Earlier this month we met one of our Mobile Service Technicians, Ruben Silva Rojo.  As part of a series, we are giving you the chance to meet the people behind our products, the people that answer the phone when you call us, the people that make Inivos the experts in infection prevention and control. Concluding our series this week, we meet our Managing Director, Stuart Roach.

What does a typical day look like for you?

A typical day is focused on our customers , working with the Inivos team to deliver the best possible support.

What is something only a few people know about you?

I was born in Scotland, but as I have spent most of my life living in Wiltshire the accent doesn’t make this obvious.

How did you get into your area of work?

I have worked in businesses that support Healthcare for over 20 years now. In that time I’ve worked across many different functions and love being in a role that enables teams to deliver great service to customers.

What is it about your industry that inspires you?

Infection Prevention and Control is fundamental to delivering the best health outcomes and to be able to play a part in supporting this is amazing.

What do you enjoy most about working at Inivos?

Everyone is so passionate to support our customers and each other. Everyday there is something great to celebrate together.

What are your interests outside of work?

Spending time with family and friends, including lots of walks with dogs.

From your time here at Inivos, tell me about a work achievement that you are most proud of.

It’s not one achievement for me. It’s every time we help a customer deliver better care by delivering great service. And what I’m most proud of, is being able to play a part in that.

What advice do you have for someone just starting out in your area of work?

Teamwork, Teamwork, Teamwork!
