Inivos are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role offers a hybrid approach, with occasional visits to the office in Peterborough, and customer sites.

What do we do?

At its core, Inivos is a specialist medical technology business developing, manufacturing, and supplying products and services to enable hospitals and healthcare facilities to reduce the risk of infection. Over half the NHS hospitals in the UK have chosen to partner with us for our proven track record in reducing and preventing infection consistently, with our aim to deliver better healthcare, faster.

What are we looking for in this position?

The Marketing Manager will lead on developing & implementing the brand plans for our innovative portfolio of products and services managing the full marketing mix, online and offline. A key focus will be the creation and execution of national and account level campaigns for healthcare providers including both clinical and commercial stakeholders. Success will be measured by the increased awareness of our brands as distinctive and differentiated and ultimately the delivery of increased market share and revenue growth.

What will you do?

  • Plan, forecast, and measure the financial activity and commercial performance of brand plans
  • Identify key insights and trends to drive brand strategy and activation
  • Support and build on market segmentation and brand positioning
  • Identify, develop and implement quarterly communication plans
  • Researching, writing and developing content strategy and supporting assets
  • Social media channel outputs and timely engagements
  • Website CMS content updates
  • Population and evaluation of marketing metrics report monthly
  • Briefing corporate marketing team where SEO, PPC, CRO, design, video deliverables might be required to support campaign plans and providing content if required
  • Identifying key audience insights and trends to feed communications planning
  • Provide campaign planning between the brand, sales teams and marketing engine room
  • Adherence to the company management systems and QHSES responsibilities as defined within the ‘overview and context of the organisation’ document.

What will you need to have and do?

  • The ability to communicate at all levels, adapting your own style where appropriate.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working with ambiguity & can dynamically prioritise workload
  • Happy to work autonomously or as part of a team and can balance creative with analytical
  • Experience in developing both brand and sales campaign initiatives, online, offline, in print
  • Confidence and ability to operate at C-suite level to earn respect and gain buy-in where needed
  • Confident analysing campaign performances to ensure commercial accountability
  • A passion for becoming the go-to ambassador for their respective brand
  • A great quantitative researcher for competitor analysis and market trends
  • Essential – Proven success in a brand planning and activation targeting secondary care in the NHS (Pharmaceutical, medtech, healthcare etc), including effective engagement of sales teams in execution of account plans
  • Essential – Proven ability to plan, forecast, and measure the financial activity and commercial performance of brand plans
  • Essential – Proven ability to build robust market segmentation and brand positioning
  • Essential – Proven ability to identify key insights and trends to drive brand strategy and activation
  • Essential – Experience of building category education programs for KOLs and clinicians
  • Desirable – Experience of consumer health/OTC brand management
  • Desirable – Experience of Infection Prevention and control
  • Desirable – Experience of leading cross functional account teams
  • Desirable – Experience of building company brands
