Background
Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust Hospital recently underwent some renovation work on one of its wards. They required additional space at a neighbouring care facility to house patients whilst the renovation work was carried out. However, the ward had been empty for a period of time and required a deep clean and decontamination.
Method
In order to achieve the best results for Salisbury Hospital, Inivos carried out a two-day deep clean and decontamination across two of its wards, utilising Inivos’ Ultra-V and ProXcide.
Result
87 processes were carried out over this two-day period, ensuring that the Trust’s cleaning resources were thoroughly supported and the deadline was met. A safe patient space was created, and the Trust was able to maintain patient flow while undergoing vital renovation work.
