Pioneering the Future of Bio-Decontamination
As a trusted global contamination control technology leader, Inivos doesn’t just anticipate industry standards, we set them. Behind our market-leading technology sits a world class in-house Research and Development team.
We design, refine, and validate our solutions entirely in-house, with no reliance on outsourced ideas, and we are committed to sharing our knowledge and learnings for the greater good.
Whether you are looking to co-fund a disruptive new bio-decontamination technology or fully commission a bespoke solution for a specific facility bottleneck, the Inivos R&D team are here to partner with you.
The Inivos Technology Edge: Beyond the Ordinary
Inivos R&D operates with agility, speed, and has the advanced technology insights required to quickly solve complex contamination control challenges.

Sovereign Innovation &
Quality Control
Our team’s capability is built on decades of highly specialised experience spanning automated biocidal delivery systems, high-end UV-sterilisation and medical device technology. We speak the strict regulatory language of the global Healthcare and Life Science industries.
We thrive where standard solutions fail. Our team is uniquely positioned to take on complex, niche environmental safety challenges that larger, rigid corporations can’t handle, delivering rapid prototyping and robust validation.
With years of experience on our proprietary Inivos product portfolio, our core technologies are conceptualised, built, and rigorously tested in the UK. This gives our partners unparalleled transparency, rapid deployment, and flawless quality control throughout the development lifecycle.
The defining proof of our R&D capability is not just the hardware we build, but the intelligence we embed within it. Developed by our in-house team, In-Core™ is the most intelligent, intuitive, and independent EVR (Efficacy, Validation, and Reporting) system on the market.
Built into every solution we engineer, following years of rigorous laboratory testing and algorithmic refinement, our team built In-Core™ to independently govern four critical areas of bio-decontamination:
• Micro Dosing Control
• Enhanced Catalysation Monitoring
• Intelligent Monitoring Architecture
• Precision Irradiation Validation
Discover more about how our integrated In-Core™ technology guarantees total validation, every surface, every time.
COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS MODEL
If your organisation has a unique contamination or compliance challenge, our team can own the entire development process from initial proof-of-concept to global regulatory validation.
We develop innovation in two ways: through Co-Funded Innovation, where we invest alongside partners to create next-generation technologies, and through Fully Funded Custom Solutions, where we develop bespoke products tailored to your specific requirements.
From concept and design to validation and delivery, our R&D team provides end-to-end development expertise.
Partner With Our Process
This is the exact lifecycle your custom and co-funded projects will follow. When you partner with Inivos R&D, you are leveraging a proven process that knows how to navigate stringent international regulations, cross compliance benchmarks, and deliver world-class bio-decontamination technology to the market.

The ProXcide® Mini is a compact, portable bio-decontamination system. It was developed by the Inivos R&D team to address a critical vulnerability in life science and clinical facilities – ensuring small compartments and hard-to-reach spaces, such as Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs), laboratory isolators, and pass-through hatches, receive the same uncompromising level of pathogen eradication as a full-sized cleanroom.
Our team owned this innovation lifecycle from its initial scientific thesis to an industry-standard final product, following a strict, proprietary methodology.
The Discover Phase: Rapid Innovation & Architecture
Our R&D team rapidly prototypes and tests concepts, achieving a validated log-6 kill in spaces up to 3m³.
The Launch Phase: Design Freeze & Clinical Validation
Prototypes are refined into commercial devices through design optimisation, validation, and independent testing.
The Final Product: Uncompromising Global Compliance
The result is ProXcide® Mini, designed to meet EN17272, Annex 1, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Ongoing Support: UK Manufacturing & Global Service
UK manufacturing, global servicing, and validated consumables ensure ongoing quality and compliance.
