What will you do?
- Own and develop the New Product Development methodology
- Support Project Manager in project development budget setting, resource and time planning
- Facilitate the requirements of stakeholders within the business to prepare to launch new products.
- Develop and drive a cyclical review of existing products and accessories to drive customer improvements and reduce internal costs through servicing and repairs
- Identify and provide technical input into the appropriate research questions to be answered at key stages in the product development process.
- Direct Line Management of the engineering team both UK and overseas and contractors to ensure that we have the correct skill in the organisation to deliver.
- Support all existing Inivos ISO accreditation audits and support the Quality Compliance Lead on the preparation for future ISO 13485 Medical Devise accreditation.
What will we need you to have?
- A degree or qualification in engineering or a related discipline, with relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in managing complex projects, ensuring products meet safety and regulatory requirements.
- Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in a rapidly changing industry and technological landscape.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, ensuring all products adhere to legal and safety requirements.
