Meet our Regional Manager for the South of England

Earlier this month we met our Head of HR, Lizzie Robson.  As part of a series, we are giving you the chance to meet the people behind our products, the people that answer the phone when you call us, the people that make Inivos the experts in infection prevention and control. This week we meet our Regional Manager for the South of England, Dean Remmington.

What does a typical day look like for you?

I’m an early riser, up at 4am. I have various team meetings first thing to go over the plan for the day. Then carry out customer calls either on-site or via Teams. Once my working day is over, I spend the evenings with my wife and kiddies.

What is something only a few people know about you?

I love anything practical; electrics, plumbing, tiling, carpentry….there’s always a DIY project on the go.

What is it about your industry that inspires you?

The technical knowledge required to deliver an excellent product and knowing we have a top-quality solution that supports hospitals in keeping patients and staff safe.

Imagine there are now 25 hours in a day, what would you do with that extra hour?

Exercise more. I used to love playing sports, but I don’t have much time to do this now.

What do you enjoy most about working at Inivos?

It’s a fun, face-paced environment with interesting technical products and a good team I know I can rely on.

What are your interests outside of work?

Spending time with my wife and two young kiddies or doing some sort of home improvement.

From your time here at Inivos, tell me about a work achievement that you are most proud of.

Developing strong relationships and gaining the company a number of new customers.

What advice do you have for someone just starting out in your area of work?

Keep everything simple.
