Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust Hospital recently underwent some renovation work on one of its wards. They required additional space at a neighbouring care facility to house patients whilst the renovation work was carried out. However, the ward had been empty for a period of time and required a deep clean and decontamination.
87 processes occurred throughout this two-day period, ensuring that the Trust’s cleaning resource was supported thoroughly and the deadline was met. A safe patient space was created and the Trust were able to maintain patient flow whilst undergoing vital renovation works.
